I’ve got another workout for you today! This one uses dumbbells and combination exercises to target your main muscle groups, all while maximizing your time.
The first video shows the full moves. Some of these are advanced, so the second video shows how to do all the moves with modifications. Recommended number of reps are included in the videos as well. (Note that I do NOT do the recommended number of reps in the video. The video is just meant to show how to do the exercises.)
