Welcome to the second week of Healthy Restaurant Picks!

I chose this month’s blogging theme because life is busy. And while homemade is best, sometimes eating on-the-go is your only option. With that in mind, I’m offering healthy restaurant picks for different themes and categories. Last week’s theme was Fast Food.

This week focuses on Sandwich and Deli-style restaurants. For each restaurant, you’ll see a list of suggestions, as well as a Pinterest-friendly summary to save for later.
